In order to locate a qualified skilled tradesperson from an International region requires entrepreneurship, innovation and the leveraging of a deep network of contacts in industry. Each candidate is treated with the appropriate respect and scrutiny:
When a candidate has been approved by ITA B.C., LSG will draft the following documents and present to each candidate on behalf of our clients, including;
Offer Letter on client template; Customized Employment Contract outlining Terms and Conditions of Employment; Salary or
Hourly Rate and Designated Title; Projected Start Dates. The employer is to then submit an application to Service Canada for an “Individual LMO”, naming each candidate.
LSG’s internal immigration officer will complete and file the candidate Work Visa Application to the Canadian High Commission in the foreign countries.
Upon successful approval from the Canadian High Commission, a work visa will be issued to the individual candidate.
Bringing all the modules together, the IRS Program is the final execution strategy to tie it all together, ensuring the candidate arrives safely and is set up for success. The following are tried tested and true programs which integrate the candidate into the local Canadian market.
